The University of St Andrews were recently awarded a contract by the Economic & Social Research Council to support administrative data based research in the United Kingdom.
The function of the project is to act as an intermediary between academic researchers and data holding organisations to provide information, aid with communication and promote the use of administrative data. Therefore, central to this project was the requirement for a CRM enabling the project managers to manage contacts, different types of organisation, record contact with participants and manage a variety of mailshots.
If was with this task that the University approached Atomised, and we were delighted to help. We created a fully bespoke system, matching all their requirements (as well as suggesting and implementing a few they hadn't thought off!) which the team at St Andrews are very happy with.
"I required a bespoke contact database with a high level of functionality in order to assist with the running of a new project at the University of St Andrews. The standard of work that I received from Atomised Coop was second to none. They provided assistance and guidance with the design, developed the database to a very high standard and have provided all the support that I have needed post implementation."
"Both the communication and flexibility that Atomised provided to meet a changing specification was also commendable and I would thoroughly recommend them."
Darren Lightfoot, ADLS Service Manager, University of St Andrews.
